General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery (AGB) of Shirtstore by Fränzl Andreas

Scope and Contractual Partner
Shirtstore by Fränzl Andreas, hereinafter referred to as "provider", offers its services exclusively based on the following terms and conditions. As a contractual partner, Shirtstore by Fränzl Andreas presents itself to you, the customer - the address www.mrpatch.com is a registered internet address of the provider.

References
The customer hereby expressly authorizes us to include him or his company in our reference catalog. Additionally, the customer grants permission to use their company names, logos, and other brand-specific content on our social media channels. This includes, but is not limited to, publishing posts, mentioning in comments, and using in stories to highlight the collaboration and successes achieved. The customer confirms that all provided content is free of third-party rights or that necessary permission has been obtained for their use.

Subject of the Contract
The subject of the contract is the sale and/or mediation of products from various manufacturers.

Ordering and Conclusion of the Contract
All offers are non-binding and without obligation. All orders must be sent to the provider online or by fax. The order only represents the reproduction of an offer and does not oblige the provider to accept. General conditions of customers are explicitly excluded. For orders via the Internet, the sales contract becomes valid only when the provider confirms the order by email.

Prices
The prices valid at the time of the contract conclusion and published on these internet pages apply. Unless otherwise stated, all prices include legal VAT. The provider reserves the right to change prices if necessary without notice.

Delivery Time
Delivery time varies depending on the order quantity between 1 to 3 weeks.

Cancellation:
You have the option to cancel your order at any time before the production phase begins. A full refund of the purchase price will be granted, minus the incurred PayPal fees.

Copyright
By submitting a motif or text, the customer assures Shirtstore by Fränzl Andreas that the text and motif are free from third-party rights.

Payment Conditions
The ordered products can be paid as follows: advance payment, credit card, and Paypal

Retention of Title
Until full payment of the purchase price, all delivered goods remain the property of the provider.

Data Protection
The provider notes that personal data will be stored as part of the contract execution. The provider is entitled to process and use the customer's inventory data as far as this is necessary for customer consultation, advertising, and market research for own purposes and to design its services to meet needs.

Severability Clause / Jurisdiction
Should individual provisions of this contract be ineffective, this does not affect the validity of the remaining GTC and will be replaced by a formulation corresponding to the sense of the contract or the statutory provisions provided.

The jurisdiction is Bolzano (BZ) in South Tyrol / Italy.
