How to Correctly Order Patches at MrPatch
On our website, you can easily order your custom embroidered patches with a logo.
Just follow these steps:
1. Enter the desired dimensions and quantity.
2. Upload your logo. (JPG, PNG, or PDF)
3. Choose the patch type.
4. Determine the desired attachment method for your patch.
5. Optional: Add a short description of your patch project.
Our system will immediately calculate the price for you. Afterward, you can directly place the order.

Of course! For every order of embroidered patches, we first create a sample patch, which is photographed. We send you this photo by email for production approval. If you are satisfied with the patch, you can approve the order online for production. If you have any changes, you can reject the patch. In this case, we will create a new sample patch with your adjustments.
Production Duration:
The completion of your custom-designed patches takes about 14 working days, starting from the day of production approval.
Shipping Information:
For worldwide shipping, we exclusively use DHL Express. You will also receive a tracking link by email, allowing you to check the status of your delivery at any time.

At MrPatch, both individuals and companies can place orders. During data entry, you have the option to choose between "Private" and "Company". By providing a valid VAT identification number (UID), we can issue the invoice without VAT (reverse charge procedure).
On our website, we offer you various payment options for your order: PayPal, credit card, or bank transfer. With PayPal payment, we immediately begin the production of your sample patch. If you opt for payment by bank transfer, we start the production of your sample patch as soon as the payment is received. Please note that it may take a few days for the payment to be recorded.
